annaB's gluten free allergen statement

All of our products are baked in a gluten free kitchen, which means we are completely free of:

barley, oats, wheat, and rye

We understand that most Celiacs have other allergies besides the four listed above, so we would like to clearly state that we are NOT free of:

dairy, eggs, corn, chocolate, soy, and nuts (including tree nuts)

We are more than happy to accommodate any of the allergies listed above! We are well versed (there's nothing like experience!) in the complex issue of cross contamination, and we promise to thoroughly wash and sanitize all pots, pans, and utensils before preparing anything GFCF, or to accommodate any of the other common allergens listed above.
